  • Creation of admin, dispatcher, and driver logins

Getting Started with WMS

WMS uses an onboarding-based registration flow. Users request access, are approved, and then receive credentials to log in.

1
Request an Account

A company representative submits an account request through the WMS onboarding form (see below). This includes company details, fleet size, and contact info.

2
Review & Configuration

Our team reviews the onboarding request. Once approved, we configure the company space, vehicles, and user roles in WMS.

3
Credentials & Login

Approved users receive admin and driver credentials. They can then log in directly in the WMS app and start operating in real time.

Request Access to WMS

Use this form to request onboarding for your company or operation. Our team will review your information and contact you with next steps to activate your WMS environment.

How Access Works in the App
  1. A company submits an onboarding request (similar to this form).
  2. Our team verifies the details and configures the company environment.
  3. Admin and driver accounts are created for the approved company.
  4. Users log in directly through the WMS app using their assigned credentials.

This onboarding flow allows WMS to be available to many organizations while keeping each environment secure and properly configured.

There is no limitation to a single organization: any eligible customer can request access and start using WMS for their transportation and field operations.
